6. Payments

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:

  • UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in select locations

Online payments are processed through secure and authorised payment gateways. Passionize is not liable for any payment gateway-related issues.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders and locations only
  • For high-value orders, partial prepaid confirmation may be required
  • Passionize reserves the right to limit or disable COD on certain orders

8. GST

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

9. Packaging

Each Passionize piece is thoughtfully packaged. If you require additional packaging (such as extra boxes or gift packaging), additional charges may apply. These requests are subject to availability and are non-refundable once processed.

10. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Cancellation or modification requests are accepted only before the order is shipped
  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order
  • While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are not guaranteed

11. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy. Sale items and customised or personalised products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Discount codes cannot be combined unless specified
  • Passionize reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice
