Shipping policy

1. Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship to over 200 countries worldwide and are committed to the safe and timely delivery of your order. We partner exclusively with trusted national and international courier companies including DHL, UPS, DTDC, Delhivery, and Bluedart.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient. Passionize does not take responsibility for any such additional charges.


2. Shipping — India

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India
  • All listed prices are inclusive of GST
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for domestic orders

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Each piece is crafted to order with great care and attention to detail
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Our team may reach out to confirm details if needed
  • Manufacturing takes 7–30 days depending on design complexity and demand. Once dispatched, delivery within India takes 2–5 business days
  • In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours
  • Customisation requests may require additional time and may incur an additional fee
  • Customised orders are not eligible for exchange

4. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM (excluding public holidays)
  • Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse
  • Please ensure your correct phone number and email address are provided with every order for smooth communication

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details. While we are committed to helping you track your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


6. Shipping — International

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders
  • Shipping charges vary based on the destination country
  • We accept payment via debit/credit card and Razorpay for international orders
  • Listed prices do not include customs duties — these are the customer's responsibility

7. International Shipping Duration

  • We aim to deliver international orders within 10–15 working days. However, customs-related delays may occur and specific delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed
  • All international packages are dispatched via DHL, UPS, or DTDC
  • Transit times apply Monday to Saturday

8. Contact Details Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details — including country code and zip/pin code — are entered correctly at checkout. If your pin code falls within a remote area, shipping charges may vary.
