Refund policy
All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans and may have slight irregularities — these are a natural part of the craft and only add to their beauty.
We do not accept return or refund requests once an order is placed. We offer exchanges only under specific circumstances, which can be redeemed exclusively on Passionize's website.
When Are Exchanges Accepted?
Passionize accepts exchange requests only in the following cases:
- The product delivered is different from the original order
- The product arrived damaged
- The product has missing parts
- The product has quality issues
To initiate an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp at +91-7742723284 or email passionize.customer@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.
Exchange Conditions
- A product can be exchanged only once per order.
- The product must be unused and untampered to be eligible.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Exchange shipments may take longer than usual.
- The exchange process takes 15–20 business days (pickup → quality check → re-shipment).
- No discounts are applied to exchange orders. All items are processed at their original prices.
Exchange Charges
Domestic Orders (India):
- A pickup & re-shipping fee of ₹500 applies for: Size Issues or Product Weight-Related Issues.
- No exchange fee is charged for: Damaged/Defective Products, Wrong Item Received, or Missing Parts.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for all pickup and re-shipping charges.
Items NOT Eligible for Exchange
- Customised or pre-ordered items
- Items purchased on sale or with a promotional offer
- Used or tampered products
- Minor colour or design variations due to screen display differences or the handcrafted nature of products
- Items purchased from third-party websites or physical stores
Passionize reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request at its sole discretion. Promotional offers cannot be applied to exchange orders.
Repair Policy (India Only)
If a jewellery piece is accidentally damaged, we're happy to help repair it.
- Passionize provides a plating warranty of 2 months from the date of purchase.
- For customer-caused damage, a repair request can be raised. A ₹500 pickup & re-shipping fee applies, along with repair charges as applicable.
- The exact repair cost will be communicated after our team evaluates the damage based on images or videos shared by you.
- Please note: Repairability depends on the design of the piece. Our team will confirm whether a repair is possible after reviewing your request.
To raise a repair request, email us at passionize.customer@gmail.com with your order number and product photos.
Lost Shipments
- In case of a lost shipment, a replacement will be offered after a thorough investigation with our courier partner.
- Resolution may take up to 7 business days, depending on the courier partner's response time.
- If your package is marked as "Delivered" but not received, please raise a complaint at passionize.customer@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery update.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Repair
- Email us at passionize.customer@gmail.com with your order number and product photos/videos.
- Our team will review your request and confirm approval.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, the repaired or exchanged piece will be re-shipped.
Additional Notes
- Product prices exclude customs duties and shipping charges. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances.
